2. Letters from my Transit.

I’m so grateful for the gift of relationships.

One thing I’m sure of is that it’s in my nature to succeed and even though that’s a major influence on my life’s journey, whenever I look back on everything I have, who I am and who I’m becoming, there’s always someone or people in my story.

Relationships in this context does not only mean human relationships, I’m also referring to spiritual relationships; my God factor which is something that can never be displaced in my life.

I’ve watched myself go through it all but in all things, I’m never alone.

I am and will always be thankful for the people who pray for me, talk to me, send in kind words, love up on me, care and support in the ways they do.

I often wonder what my life would be without relationships.

I’m always thankful for you!

Love and Light ✨💛

I usually find the 'tell me about yourself' question overwhelming basically because I never really know where to start from. But yeah! Hi! I'm Tamunoibifiri 'Firi' Fombo which means "God's good work" or "God's masterpiece". I’m a Nigerian multidisciplinary artist currently living in Toronto. My creative practice includes; photography, audio storytelling (radio/podcast production), creative consultancy, and writing. My art makes an inquiry into how we are navigating this world as human beings and the intersections of creativity, community, and other elements that contributes to our identity. This blog and my Podcast; Firi's Voice is a way I get to tell my stories and the stories of other people. Stories help us experience people in bits and pieces - it is a constant discovery of what exists or what can exist still and I'm happy you're on this journey with me!
